Daniel White represents individuals and businesses in a variety of legal matters, including civil litigation; business and contract disputes; construction defects, disputes, and contracts; home inspections, real estate issues; wills; and probate.
Daniel grew up in the Carolinas and first moved to Chattanooga in 2004. After working in the residential construction industry, he graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Law cum laude in 2011. He clerked for the Honorable Jacqueline Bolton in Hamilton County Circuit Court followed by a career in private practice. He opened the Law Office of Daniel J. White in 2017 and is currently also Of Counsel with Cavett, Abbott and Weiss.When he is not practicing law, Daniel enjoys spending time with his family and friends and being active outdoors, especially whitewater kayaking.
